IMPORTANT
Please leave sufficient fuel money. Considering today’s fuel prices, we suggest you leave at least $120 for each vehicle – more for larger vehicles, please! We will not be responsible for vehicles that run out of fuel because no money was left for fuel.

If you would like us to mail you your left over fuel money, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
PLEASE make sure all headlights, taillights and turn signals work properly on your vehicle. Vehicles that cannot be started or are not in safe running condition, will NOT be transported. If such is the case, there will be no refund. You will be solely responsible for any towing or repair expenses that may be necessary while transporting your vehicle. This will be reimbursed to River Runner’s Shuttle Service in order to pick up your vehicle.
PLEASE make sure you have a good spare tire for both vehicle and trailer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip up to two weeks prior to put in date, you will be reimbursed half of your shuttle fee. If you cancel your trip less than two weeks prior to your put in date, you will NOT be given a refund.
Responsibility: River Runner’s Shuttle Service makes every possible effort to provide for the safety of your vehicle during the shuttle, however, we cannot assume legal responsibility for any vehicle or personal articles, including; fire, theft or vandalism that may take place while vehicle is parked at a parking lot, area or landing, and any accidents or for time or cost arising from any indisposition.
I, the undersigned, give permission to the shuttle driver to transport my vehicle and do agree to the above policies. I release the shuttle driver and River Runner’s Shuttle Service from any and all legal responsibilities.

Vehicle Owner/Renter Agreement
River Runner’s Shuttle Service is requesting that the Owner/Renter of vehicle/s read, sign and consent to the following stipulations regarding the shuttle of the vehicle you are needing to be shuttled. This information is to verify that the Owner/Renter of the vehicle must personally check in with River Runner’s Shuttle Service by phone, mail, fax or email (see below) when any and all changes take place on the following;
A trip leader, Owner/Renter or anyone else in charge of shuttle arrangements, makes changes to the Owner/Renter’s vehicle shuttle information. Such as but not limited to:
Put in/Launching location
Drop off/Take out location
Put in date
Take out date
Change of vehicle
Please note: River Runner’s Shuttle Service will not be held responsible for changes made to shuttle arrangements if the Owner/Renter of the vehicle does not follow through in personally contacting us with above information. Thank you.
